    almost 10 bucks a pack.. eff that!! thanks for the support guys! this is how bad ciggs can affect someone.. lol.. well today i was cooking on the grill: 3 hot dogs: and 4 burgers.. i went to get the bread for everything as all the food was almost done.. i took a roll out of the bag of bread.. it fell apart.. i FLIPPED OUT over a roll of bread so bad that i reached onto the grill(bare hands) and grabbed everything and threw it in the neighbors yard and stormed into the house. lol **** sucks man...

    Stick with it buddy! Drink water, chew toothpicks, and do pushups.
    Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
    Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
    Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

    i wish i could do more then 3 push ups with out getting tired... and yesterday i accidently had a cigg.. when my boy came over i (without thinking) asked him for a cigg. i only realized it after i finished it, that i was suppose to be quiting. but as of today, i havent had one.

    i can do 71 pushups in 2 minutes.
