Did you race him yet?
Not yet, I'm still trying to get my car put back into one piece first. He only asked me the day he got his car so there is some work to be done on both sides first.
On my part I've got both door panels off to replace panel clips and window motors while fixing the lock in the drivers door, the engine torn apart to fix the leaking intake, BCM taken out to fix non-working dome lights, dash panel off to fix a few burned out bulbs, annnd finally I've got both headlight assemblies out waiting on new ones along with the right rear taillight which I'm letting dry out before I re-seal it. So yea, I've got some work....ok quite a bit of work....to do first, but after that I'm game.![]()
all i saw was fixing the lim gasket, you don't need any of that other stuff. it just adds weight lol

Not yet, still waiting on headlights while messing with the engine.
I did get my interior lights, windows and door locks working again along with fixing the burned out bulb behind the radio display.![]()
First time I've ever seen this car with the interior all in one piece and working....and does it look slick. I'm really impressed by the foot lights too, pretty "classy" for a 98 (mom is set off cause her '02 Pontiac doesn't have those haha). Next small project is to put my lumbar support adjuster knob back on its bracket....epoxy FTW.
Does all that add horsepower?
Monte SS's come non SC'd?
