I just think you will regret getting a bike that is that uncomfortable to ride after the "I got a new toy" wears off.. Youll realize its not all that..

Take it from a guy that from 16 to 22 ride nothing but crotch rockets.. Lost two friends on them and almost killed myself.. (When it has the power to doa wheelie at 80.. you will attemt it eventually)
I ended up selling them all off.. I know ride a 2008 Harley Fat Bob..
Much more comfortable to ride and a lot more power then anyone gives them credit for.. Ill kick a 600s ass anyday of the week till about 70mph..

Just a opinion though.. Do what you want..

Sorry about the loss of your friend and glad you're still alive. However you're not riding a v-rod powered by vance and hines and your name isn't Andrew Hines. Show me a video of your Harley kickin a 600's azz please........ Your Harley outpowers none of them unless you're talkin 600cc F2 from the 90's and weighs at least 250 more lbs.... sorry I have to raise the bs flag.....

If you can show me said proof I will be the first to apologize..... I'm def not a rookie when it comes to crotch rockets either.....

I've seen the v-rod do 6.87 in the 1/4 but you're not talking about a bike like that you're talking stock Harley........ You're meaning it can stay with the 600RR, or ZX-6R, GSX-R 600 and R6 right?

I dont remember saying anything about stock.. And no.. My Harley can pull a wheelie.. But your right it doesnt do it that easy.. But.. My bike is 600lbs..
But what alot of people that havent ridden one newer that an 07 or 08 (depending on the model) dont know is that they arent slow anymore.. Not all of them fast.. But not slow..
My motor stock.. 96ci.. That is if Im not mistaken 1584cc.. More then two and a half the 600cc.. And all of my 1584cc is built for torque.. Also.. In 06 most Dynas came came standard with the 6 speed trans and all by 07.. Have you ever ridden one with a 6 speed..?
Im not trying to be an azz.. I jus know my bike better then my car.. LOL
I work for Harley.. If you like.. Next week I can probably put my bike on the dyno and give you some real numbers.. With video..

What do you mean what do I got.....? It's pictured plain as day above and it puts over 120hp to the rear wheel which by todays standards is nothing. Telling you I raced a ZX6-R and he was on me period too 120mph then I left him...... My bike 394lbs wet without rider just not seeing how 600lb Harley that isn't nitrous injected is doing what you say it's doing mang.... Most Harelys dyno under 100hp... like I said if you prove me wrong I'll be the first to give props and apologize. I've rode my buddies dads Harley got $30,000 in it 2011 FLHRC-Roadking and it wouldn't touch a 600 of today let alone my bike.... just being honest. Maybe the people you ride with don't know how to launch a bike or something I don't know.....
