iPhone 3GS. The biggest gripe about it is the lack of TRUE MHZ speed. The iPhone 4 is only like 750mhz and the lowest end droid is a minimum of 1ghz. And the x2 model droids give you 2ghz processing.

Thus when I am going to switch to a droid when my contract runs out.
