    I've had my share of radar detectors could someone post a good model # and brand of some I could look into. Thanks for your help!

    Good really depends on your area. If you live in an area where all they use is Laser and Instant On types of radar or aircraft, then even the most expensive detectors are not going to do much good. That's a point where you want to get a cloaker to mask your car from the measuring device.

    Passport have a long reputation of being great detectors.

    In my area, I've admitted to the fact that I need a cloaker or to drive reasonably.
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    They dont really use laser around here so thats good to know. Thanks for the heads up I didnt know about search

    What's a good cloaker? Didn't see anything about them in the radar detector forums.
