if your not in a hurry to sell it off, i would piece it out on e bay, maybe sell it off in clusters of this and that, bundle it so to say.

That's kind of a good idea. Make like 10-15 piece collections at a time, or driver specific collections could work too. I watch Nascar and appreciate it for what it is but I don't want this stuff just sitting at my house. Nascars are still mean ass cars but my heart is with and always has been with Indycars. I went to Indianapolis when I was around 10 years old and loved those machines every since. Stood in Danica's garage last year at Mid Ohio Racecar course and bull****ted with her pit crew, I'd give my left nut to drive an Indycar.

However this collection will make some collector very happy I'm sure. If it was put away for 30 more years it would be with BIG BIG money.

Good luck on the sale, nice snag on the collection.

I did read that you said there's no way the value could go down from what the price tag is on the box.

I have approximatley 125-150 Jr. and Sr. cars that are all action, no Winners Circle brand, etc. Trust me, it CAN and in many instances, does go down.

I've got semi transporters with the die cast car with it also. Those are probably the oldest thing I have. I'm sure there's many specifics that aren't worth the original value. The collector I went to see today told me that I should easily be able to get $25 dollars or more per 1:24 scale car new in box unopened. I've got 30+ of those and he said the Elvis John Force car is worth more than what I paid for the collection. Also have some 24k cars and Platinum cars but only 4 or 5 of those. I don't know it is a cool collection though. At $25 per 1:24 and $5 per 1:64 all unopened I'd make roughly $1200-$1300 if I sold them all at once for those prices, there's a lotttttt of cars. Each of the 50th anniv Gold & Gold Chrome cars were $7.97 new back in the day. I may go ebay and or CL here soon still have some sorting, researching, and advertising ahead of me here
