well every few years or so the river here floods. city does **** all to prevent it. just provides sandbags when it happens. sump pumps kept up for the most part, got a bit of water in the basement to cleanup after work today. here's a few pics.

We have a gated community that might be flooding soon I'll take pix if it does though I don't think it's gonna be as bad as what you posted lol
