I called and talked to the provider myself. The deductible for the one from the dealer is 100 per incident (with the option of paying more for a $0 deductible). I actually found a PDF of the brochure. The quote was for the platinum coverage. link

I bought the GM extended warranty, and although my deductible is $200. I've used it for a new gauge cluster. I think it is worth it in the long run.
