Is that a connector that just dangles not plugged into anything? Cause I found one like that in the same location on my 00 impala. Only explanation I could think of was maybe a carryover from an older alternator, since it's right there. Also that connector was gone in my 04 Impala. I'm betting it was done in a pinch by GM. Why change the whole harness is the reasoning.

Could you maybe teach a class on how to use the internet? Actually maybe just how to be a human being. I think I can attribute 75% of my problems at my job to people not having this mentality.
