I know its not a major milestone but seeing as I had 99 posts I just had to create a 100th. This forum has been great to me cause im sure 90 of those posts where all questions that I have recieved answers to. From the time I joined I knew nothing about the 3800 platform but patience, reading and asking questions here has given me a understanding of where I would like to take my car. Lets just hope the pocket book holds up. Just want to thank everyone who has helped me out.

everything on the motor is either a 10mm, 13mm, or 15mm besides a few of them (a few being naughty 'standard' sizes [3/8"]). i dont know them all by memory, silly.

valve covers are 10mm or 3/8", dont know off hand since i did it last.

    alternator bracket changed after 98, i had a 98.

little round can on the fuel rail? you're not talking about FPR, are you?

this could totally be a fun thread...

I just posted a thread for it and will add as I can.

    Size and pitch M8 x 1.25
Valve covers 3/8".. you'll round with a 10mm if you torque them to 89inch lbs.
    99
Sorry, little can on the 99+ fuel rail. It's on the front. It's a pulsation dampener.
