Red latex paint that has sat for a long time and seperated the vehical from the pigment. Either that or your a serial killer and that is the last body you dissolved in hydrocloric acid.

It is Cobat decking stain! It's a few years old but we used it in January and it was fine. Tried using it again but we found this! But I really think there is a panda face in there!
