What a pain finding a picture of your hood up.

You have the easier of the two. Remove dog bone, then a 13mm on the exhaust stud and two more bolts on top. Poof..valve cover will nearly jump out on it's own.

Hey, it looks lots cleaner in that picture than it does right now.

Is the rear vc that easy?

Almost. Takes a little more finesse. Being a 99 your alternator bracket covers the rear. So you'd want to loosen the bolts and wiggle it while pulling up on the valve cover. That way you shouldn't have to drain/replace coolant and the elbows. I've done it a bunch of times, just need to be patient.

Usually the front leaks worse than the rear.

Did you steal those laces off 1998 Rollerblades?
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

Worked a full shift at work, fvck that will test your patience lol. So when I first walked in, I mean didn't even say hello or nothing (I had forgot my coffee on the counter so I had "b itch" written on the forehead) and they were like the drawer has been short and blah blah wear the key all day. K, fine.
Well I was doing my job, they were cuttin hair it was a good calm morning. Well it died off and boss lady goes we need to have a chit chat.

Wtf you want now. She goes we've noticed that here lately you haven't been yourself, you're usually a lot more upbeat. She asked why and I just told her I had a lot going on etc etc. I mean that IS the majority of it. I've got Michigan hangin over my head, Memaw is 5 days from hospitalization, my house is in limbo. Nothing is stable right now. But to add to that (did not say this; just in my head), I just don't talk to people at work anymore because they're gossiping hoes and I'm tired of being stabbed in the back.

Anyway, after that spill, she told me how she was gonna give me more hours and she hopes that would help and blah blah. She was trying to be nice...why??

Well having money in my bank account was nice while it lasted. Damn bills.
At least I am starting to get ahead a teeny tiny bit. A very small bit, but I am feeling a little better about things.

And this kidney stone deal is going to be the death of me....between the ER bill and the bills from testing and the follow up with doctor (which are far from over the way it sounds), the bills are endless.
For the stone analysis....I got a bill for $7.62. Insurance paid 90.38 of it. Really, you couldn't just pay the rest of it too? I've been able to pay all the small bills, the ER one is just going to take awhile.
