Ha, nice rees! The reason I stay at the salon is because it's easy and it pays a little better. It's really not that bad depending on who you work with etc. Actually, it's not bad at all but I work 5 days a week so I get tired of seeing it.
It's just clients man. There's the rich white men who want a cheap hair cut. They're rude. There's middle aged women. There's family moms and such. It's just.... not the hip place it's made out to be LOL.

I know how you feel on this one. I'm always having to fix things when I get back from my vacations.

I guess the customer is very unhappy and I now hear about it after the first set of email go out. I really should be cc'ed on the first set. Our CSR's are so busy I can understand how it happened, but there are underlying issues with the customer i guess......

Note to self: If going on vacation, leave everything as it is until I return....

We ship from the web sight with in 24 hours. A woman ordered a 10:40PM last night and called 7:30AM this morning to see if it had shipped.

Freaking plant manager called me at home on Saturday to tell me he had downloaded a virus.

Our GPS took us to a road that dead ended at a river. It said our destination (food joint) was just ahead on the right. It was actually across the river and about 10 miles away. The bridge way about 3 blocks from where we were.

Mine acts like it needs an update, but those cost as much as buying a new unit. And I don't use mine that much to worry about it.
My bosses got me lost today. When it made me mad I just stepped on the skinny peddle and watched the black smoke fly.

So my clamps came in for the exhaust today, solid mounts will be in tomorrow. Just gotta get the copper RTV, new gaskets, and whenever Austin (4THGENCAMAROFAN) get the headers sent to me, I can start on the install. Gonna be a fun bonding experience with the car, haven't got to really do much in a while.

What made you think people think it's hip?

So this one lady, she was white trash, I'm just gonna be honest. You could tell she was on something, which she later admitted she had taken oxycotin before coming in, granted her arm was in a "cast," but my brother could make a better cast so whatever.
But anyway, she first asked me if we could color her hair using products that SHE bought. I explained to her no that we couldn't do that we have to use our own products so that we can guarantee the outcome and integrity of the color. Well, she settles. We do the color.

Come payment time, this wench. She gives me a check. I run it for $79. Well it wouldn't go through. Meanwhile she's calling her husband and her niece talking all high and what not and quite honestly being rude to her family. So then...I was checking some other guy out. He goes, "put her check on my bill." I was like you do know that's $79 dollars right? He goes yeah I don't care. I said ARE YOU SURE!? I felt inside she didn't deserve it, but it's not my place to decide, and there are good people doing good things for reasons, so I did it. Well, to his request, I tell her after he leaves. After being confused, she tells me "well! I have THOUSANDS of dollars in the bank I didn't NEED him to do that!!"

I said ma'am, listen here, that was a nice thing he done for you, you should be thankful. So yeah, she pissed me off being ungrateful and coming in there staying to closing time AND asking random customers to take her home I was like wtf. People like that just erk me. If someone gave me $80 I'd be damn well appreciative and warm-hearted.

And on top of this garbage, I found out that my favorite coworker (heart of gold, woman is amazing) her husband cheated on her while in Italy. with 4 women. at once. So that pissed me off. Cus I admired their marriage.
So you found out people are garbage?
    Bout time.

Should have gotten one with lifetime updates. Mine is a Garmin Nuvi 40LM and I think it was around $100 (not sure it was a Christmas gift) and I get 4 updates a year for free. Its a 4.3" screen too so its not ginormus, but it more than gets the job done.
