Yeah, for about 2 hours before it blew. We learned just how far you can push a 10hp. We had the overload turned up a bit and we think that may have caused it. I took that picture and not to long after the whole motor had paint bubbling. Sucked cuz its a $650 motor.

Not sure. We are going to send it back, so if we hear back on diagnosis I will report back. It might almost be something in the drive itself.

Motor of that size should have had some sort of internal thermal protection circuitry.

Was coming back from Arkansas today from my grandmom's place, country two lane back road everyone speeds, well I caught myself watching my speed and I met a cop head on and a few minutes later, blue lights, I slide over to let him pass and he parked his car behind mine


This makes me feel better kinda lol

Also be glad the cop wrote it out right. My 2nd to last ticket the guy wrote it up as a grand am. I wanted to bop him one when I read that. But I hear assault on state troopers is frowned upon. I swear the guy did it on purpose too, mind you I was driving my old black prix. It had a reflective overlay over the trunk badge. Tell me how he didn't see that as he sat in his car, at night, writing me the ticket.

I actually have a perfectly clean record. They normally don't write me tickets if I get pulled over, but here lately they have. And I've gotten by by the skin of my teeth so far. IDK.

So, tonight was the party at my house.. turned into like 9-10 people it was supposed to be 6 people. It was fine well and good, Brandon was drinkin and smokin cigs and havin a good time, everyone was laughing eating and what not. She chases these folks outside to their car told them it was rude as hell to show up at my house and start eating food they didn't pay for blah blah blah. I mean to tell ya, I've never seen her that bad. I knew she had south memphis hood in her that would come out if necessary, but DAMN. It was knock down drag out argument.
Meanwhile I'm just like...well you guys are always welcome. So idk how the night went, I came back inside, people started talkin some more and watchin the movie so I went to bed lol. So she's ranting on and on about how Brandon's too nice and I felt I had to do this this and this and it was rude to do that blah blah. I'm just like..I'm out.
Well, they woke me up, party was over, everyone left, they did my dishes and cleaned house, but meanwhile I was asleep, someone got too carried away and threw up in the bathroom but somehow they managed to take my shower curtain rod down with them. So that perturbed me a little bit but it's all good. It was one of those "friend of a friends" kinda deal.
