Xyience is really good. the Speedway used to carry it next to my work, but they got rid of it. I would drink it.

I am so mad at UPS. Sent a freight package out 2 weeks ago, its been sitting in customs for a week now. I've been lied to every day for that week saying it will go out this day and it doesn't.
It's a frickin motor, not like its anything hazardous to have issues with customs. Approve it so it can get on its way.

i love customs....NOT I deal with them too and it seems that every 2nd or 3rd time my stuff get held up for a week or more. i feel your pain

Normally we don't have to many issues. But this customer doesn't have a broker, and neither do we. So I basically got told by customer that it was my problem to deal with and he's not concerned with it. But yet, he's pissy and wondering where his motor is. Well gee, if you had a broker like your supposed to we wouldn't be having these issues.

It seems like things either go super smooth, or its a disaster. I have spent at least 15 minutes every day this past week on the phone getting lied to. I am not happy. I will never use UPS for freight ever again.

I have found the secret to customs is not the shipper, it's the customs form. Never once had anything get held up or detained, while other guys have had huge trouble to the point of customs seizing the items.

I fill out that little form with good detail. If it's a motor, the it's "new X.XL motor used on the X grain pelletizing machine"

This way.. a customs person can see in their x ray what it looks like, do a quick search and say "eh..that's exactly what this hunk of iron is...let it go through eh!"

If that fails..blame Matt and Jordan for everything wrong with customs.

the more detailed the better with customs is right bill. if they can read the slip and know exactly whats in the box they dont have issues.

I am used to the holding of items. I just tell the customer to add an extra week turn around time for the instance that customs holds their stuff

Sorry on your buddies/friends etc. Think how they'd like you to live and cheer the hell up and live like they'd want you to. Ok..stay at work til the end of the day, then you can have the beer they wanted you to have.

thanks bill for the second part but no pink week, i hit it last night after she was done *****ing. in n out, but today wtf need that beer now

And there are no problems with the papers, I got as detailed as possible. It's the fact that we had no broker. Stupid a$$ customs. It's a damn motor, not a bomb.

2nd on the condolences to you and your friends family/friends. Horrible when you have to bury the ones close to you, I have gone thru it many times myself.

On with the girl situation, I find that giving in a little to the craziness works for the both of us. However it really works for me when she mouths off because she's emotional I jump right back at her. She gets really mad and blows a top, i leave, go for a peaceful drive by myself, enjoy the quiet. come home to her crying because I stormed out on her and she feels bad so I get cuddles and loving and a good night for the rest of the evening.
Not that this will work for you, but I have mine trained right.

If you had her trained right, you'd skip the argument and drive. That way you have more time for fun.

well kinda funny she called crying feeling bad for making things worse on me, brought me food. how nice of her. we send flowers they send food.
