I mowed a 3 level lawn on the lake yesterday. Plus the hill down to the lake. And bagged it all. Then weed wacked. Heat index was 101. The hell is wrong with me?

and all that heat comes to the east coast tomorrow, heat index warnings for the last 2 days on the news, tomorrow it hits!
its been so nice and cool the last 3 days too, its gonna suck when it gets that hot outside.
we were kinda dry for a while, then it rained for 3 weeks straight it seemed, reservoir's look to be up some too.
and i just washed and re buffed my car, its sure to rain real soon. 4 days since i waxed it, it looks dusty now lol
It rained like hell saturday. I was stuck outside at a baseball game under a tree lol. Before that I don't remember.
I can't keep up with this thread...yall talk too much lol.
Otherwise, I don't know where to start on cleaning/organizing my house. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room need to be touched on. And I can't decide what to do with my a/c. I have a 6k btu and it's not cooling as good as a smaller one I had at the old house. But crap..the thermostat is broken on it I can't bring it here. It'd jack up my utility bill. FUUU
So don't run it 24/7. Turn it on when you get home. You already have the 21K. That should do an ok job keeping it somewhat cool during the day. Then when you're home turn on the other one with the broken thermostat when you need to.
Yeah...but this one has a remote and chit. It's nice lol. It just don't cool. Old raggedy ann though, she makes the house like ice.IDK...it would help if I could decide because I need to seal up the air units in the house, then I need to go through the kitchen, and it's just a process. I hate moving lol.
And yeah, the 21k is doing a good job cooling the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. I wish this heat wave would go through, it's hotter than mafaker outside.
take the front cover of the a/c unit, so you have the coil fins in the open, and clean them, they get dirt and dust stuck in the fins over the years. its helped me out in the past.
a scrub brush and a spray bottle of water do a nice job of cleaning the fins, only go with the grain so to say, you dont want to bend the fins over, nice and light drag with the brush up or down over the fins.
yeah thats gonna suck. buy a fan or 2 that plug into the cig lighter.
oh, the one that sucks is a few years old. the evaporator is clean as crap. it puts out cold but for some reason it just doesn't do a good job cooling. it's 6k btu.
I have another a/c unit that's 5050 btu (LG) and it cools it's ass off, so I switched it in there. All it needs is a thermostat because it's stuck on all the time. But hey, it works. And $20 online for a thermostat. I can do that.
Here comes the heat wave. I closed up the house and it felt like a crime. We have had springtime and it's felt great. Now Danielle and Brandon felt it was necessary to send heat at us. Well the AC's are on autopilot at around 77-80F to keep the house reasonable.
80 is reasonable? mine is at 71 summer time and 69 in winter. but then again i just turned my air on as of this week, since at night we turn on attic fan and open windows.
