He proceeds to tell me that while he knows I want to go, I don't have the money to "waste" on a trip like such at this time. Just the travel/hotel expenses alone are a few school payments. Not to mention what I would spend shopping. As I was sitting here knowing he was right and that I shouldn't go, I hated to admit it. Even tho I knew he would tell me exactly what he did all day long.
I am glad he was stern with me and made me make the decision to be a logical/smart money saving adult.
    I'm sad now

Ok, I'm done with my self pity party now.
hey danielle, heres a pic for you.

this is me sitting 8 or 9 floors up on a small shingle roof. this is Saks 5 th ave in NYC's roof, the white spot on the ground is rocker feller center's ice rink.

BIll will contest to the fact that i have lost some hair lol this had to be a good 10 years ago.

funny part to this story, and why im out on a small roof 8 floors off the ground lol. they had a leak under this roof, the window to this roof is the co break room, me and the guy i was with opened the window and jumped out, and 1/2 the break room ran to stop us from going out, they thought were we suicidal i guess lol

i still cant believe i just flipped through a short stack and this pic popped up lol

i think they would fall under pan fish, like a crappy or sunfish.

just found this pic lol its huge lol

Robert Lawler, of Lake Havasu, Arizona, landed a huge 5-pound, 8.8-ounce, 16.75-inch redear sunfish on Lake Havasu. Lawler used a Texas-rigged 7-inch Power Worm to land the Texas-sized fish that featured a 19-inch girth.

I guess we should be lucky we don't live in Nebraska or other western states. Have friends out there, 1hr drive just for groceries.
I live in a smaller town, Durant, Ok... takes about 15-20 minutes to get from one side to the other, but we have alot here. My father lives in Bixby, directly south of Tulsa, Ok. He has to drive 45+ mins just to get anything, work is in the middle of Tulsa and it was an hour drive from his house. Its insane, love to visit but you have to allow for time to get to and from wherever you plan on going. In my hometown, I just go where I want, and I like that. I literally drive 4 mins to get to work, 5-6mins for most anywhere else I need to go.

Thought some of you would find this neat. If video or pics don't work, ill have to try it tonight on computer.
The other company in our shop does cnc machine work. They made a few custom license plates, had them anodized coated and then shaved the top layer off. Looks so cool in person. Both red ones are for father and daughter camaro's.

I asked if they could do 2 colors but no. I'd almost get one for mine, but Idk. I have a video of the machine doing the black one but can't upload from phone.

You could always get it coated in white and after the CNC work, hand paint purple inlayed into whatever was done.
