Me want my tapatalk back lol, anyways yea so lost my job just as quickly as I obtained it because aparantly I was late like 4 times without calling (I was never given a number and the only ones I could find were 800 numbers so that was bull**** and I was there on time every day so if being on time is being late then whatever) and according to them I wasn't grasping everything fast enough even though I doubled my productivity in the first week and was down to half an hour above industry standard by the end of last week so what the **** ever.... I really hate being set up to fail. Especially when they really didn't train me I trained myself.
If your shift starts at 6 and you are walking in the door at 6, then you really are actually late. If your shift starts at 6 you should be ready to work at 6.
As for not having any numbers, you should ask.
being on time for work means so much in a employers eyes. phone #'s thats day one you ask for all that crap, what if you needed to call in sick, or was, well late. they need to know your not coming in on time or at all.
your work / skills, im sure he had to step on you a little bit to fully justify your dismissal.
yeah i make it a point to be early. people like it. however. ive been in training for two weeks, and its a 45 minute drive if traffic flows okay. plus i don't have access to this branch so i have to wait for other people to let me in. sooo i haven't been the early bird i used to be.
but starting next week ill have means to get in my own branch and its a closer drive so :)
That feeling when the Bonneville you've wanted for years in your town is for sale for 1400OBO....but I have too many vehicles as it is.
AH kcuf! I love emailing a guy asking if he would sell the hood off of his car and goes "why not just buy the whole "race car" (cause apparently grand prix's are race cars now). I was like i decided to keep mine and am looking for a hood and had a picture of mine there too. He gets all butt hurt and goes "Well if you arent interested in buying the whole car you can stop emailing me. See you next season on the road when i blow past you!" me:Okay cause i prefer visuals over performance right now. "well my car looks better than yours with no trans in it right now thats why you want my $1500 custom hood." me:Thats a matter of opinion buddy and you would know the value of these things if you built the car yourself. It was a sd hood thats $600. LOL
Nice purse.
lol good i spy there!
Its not a purse...its a Satchel
thought that thing was sold
i want to know why in the world you park anywhere near another car, thats way to close to the front door for a car that nice.
It is. I just still have it for now.
Ebay from a guy that specializes in making them for the Grand prix's
I agree....but if I park out at the end, I draw more attention to car (bad) and I always get some douch nozzle that will then think his car is just as special and park right up against it (I've had it happen more times than not).
These spots are WIDE, I could open the 90* rear doors and not come close to other car next to me, I do park cautiously with that in mind. I also have very good insurance coverage.
It is a never ending battle where ever I end up parking the car it is always a chance. I hate parking in the end, I have watched people drive 30mph through a parking lot cutting across spots that are only single space wide.
