They want a female in the postion cuz we can work better with males. Cuz admit it...if you get pissed and have a guy to give hell, you will. But if its a female, chances of you wanting to yell won't be as high. So I can understand their reasonings.
They promote from within before looking outside, so currently I would be the one if I wanted it.
I have a lot to learn before then tho.


Brandon, have you heard anything from your interviews?

I've had 2 banks I've interviewed with. One I have not heard back on, another is supposed to schedule a branch interview later next week, which I'm hoping is not going to cut into my family time back home if I go. Right now I'm stuck on when to go because Josh wants me here on Friday and you gotta figure in 2 days of driving. SO that leaves me 2 days to see both grandmothers which are 3 hours from each other. So I'm pondering this trip.


And now I'm rambling. short answer is still waiting lol. The place Josh's wife works at we're still waiting on them she thinks I have a good chance at this newer position so I'm not quite bent out of shape yet.

That's exactly their reasoning. Field services is getting contracts for people to grow seed beans. So big time sales for the company
