Nah I probably won't end up working at auto parts. Gonna shoot for Val's health place. Training and they pay for school and yeah. Something a little more permanent.

I need a Bigger NAS, filled 2TB. I want a Raid 5 setup with 4 3TB HDD, should give me plenty of space.

If I was to raid anything, it'd be solid state. I generally find hdd to be the bottleneck anymore.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

SSDs are just breaking 1TB at about $1000 a drive...This is Mass storage that is attached to a Network. When streaming and other things, it works just fine. I just need more Storage....

Oh, well yeah. When you put it that way.
I dig my machine to do it's important business fast on a tiny SSD and store on big "slow" drives. My most important info gets multiple backup locations, the rest is technically disposable. It would be an annoyance to lose, but not worth the money for me to run a worthwhile rig.
If I did any cool fancy sexy stuff with my computer, I'd happily run a 250GB RAID. I'd settle for 128, but iirc, the price difference between the two is negligible.

My movie collection just about filled my 1.5Tb drive, Christmas day I got a message upon boot "Drive M:/ multiple read/write error, backup & replace immediately"... F U Western Digital... so Christmas day I had to search for a replacement. Now I have a WD 3TB for my movies. Hopefully I get more than 3 years out of this one.

I would like to build a NAS one day, but with only a few computers in the house that get used there isn't much need for one right now, I can pull anything I need onto a drive and just transfer it easily enough.

I pulled out of the bank and was headed the same direction the chase had went. I go to pull on the bypass and see about 10 cars pulled off the side of the road. I thought maybe teh fleeing car had hit them all or something. I look to my right and see the beat ass car and cop cars in a cul de sac with the occupants running on foot from the cops.

The dumbasses pulled into the cul de sac thinking it was the on ramp to the bypass.

Well I survived interview #1 today. I got interviewed by a panel of 9 people...that was intense! Also made me even more nervous after I had just gotten myself calmed down. Overall, I think it went well. I will know more in 24-48 hours.

Then...before I went into that interview, I got a call for another interview from another place I applied to last week. So I have that on Friday.
