All it has is flavor, nicotine, and water vapor
So its much healthier than smoking regular cigs.
And with the taxes placed on regular ones these days it ends up being much more cost effective.
New smoker? People still smoke even though there is no up side to it? I just don't get it if I wanted to kill myself sooner I'd think of a better way.

I could bring up a ton of research on why nicotine is beneficial to people with anxiety, bipolar, and depression.
I'm bipolar and it helps me.
Besides, with water vapor and nicotine I don't see why that would kill me
cigars cause oral cancer, its proven. same as chewing tobacco and pipes. and cigarettes as well.
My personal opinion: Smoking is nasty, especially cigs.
A Cigar every now and then is alright but Cigs... i would never touch.
Why would i want to inhale Methanol, Arsenic, Acetic Acid, Butane, Hexamine, Nicotine, Ammonia, and all the other Sh*t in there.
Im with Dan on this one, if wanted to find a way to kill myself sooner, i would do it differently. I prefer not to inhale any smoke into my body.
And yes, even cigars and chewing tobacco causes oral cancer.
Well I've lost family members to lung cancer, mouth cancer, and throat cancer. They smoked up until the last day. My great grandmother would leave her hospital room and go down to the lobby out front and chain smoke Virginia slims 100s. LOL
I have a touch of depression and I've been smoking a lot more lately and I'm havin more good days than bad the past week or two. But I also have plans to move which is giving me something to look forward to anyway soo. One or the other helps lol.
