The only person you need to make happy is YOU. I understand the family dynamic and all, but what's worse - staying there and being miserable while your gma is happy, or moving and being happy while your gma eventually gets happy that you're happy? I grew up in MI, and really miss it.
I hate having birthdays. It's not the getting older part (I'm only 38), but getting the cars registered..."Happy Birthday! That'll be $135.26!"
^^I feel your pain. Wife renewed hers yesterday and mine will be in Feb.
I haven't had to re-register my GTP since I got it. Since its always due in Dec my mother buys it as 1 of my Christmas gifts and puts in in my stocking.
I gotta get a new drivers license soon, preferably before next Saturday. I keep putting it off and forgetting about it, whoops.
Funny story... I accidentally drove around with an expired inspection for 2.5 years until a friend pointed out my stickers. My mechanic thought it was hilarious.
I'm a rather successful mad scientist.
Chicken soup boiled down with scrambled eggs is awesome.
I like the way you put that. But yeah a part of me thinks that's what I need; just to get in a new place I've never been and dive off the cliff and soar. As of now it's like yeah I moved out, but I'm still in Memphis. I just picked a comfort zone essentially. But we'll see..
I have an appointment with the bank on Thursday to discuss this house.
I'm just as nervous as a hoe in church. Stepmommy called this morning said she had talked with the manager dude from the furniture store, and she told him that he was going to hire me but she wasn't supposed to tell me that. And so I was instructed to call mr dude. So I called and now HE'S going out of town, so I was supposed to call someone else at the store and setup an interview. Did that, ole girl wasn't even there. So I left a message. I was asked what I was applying for and hell I don't even know. This is frustrating. This is why I've been dragging my feet because I just want to meet with Mr Dude he knows what I'm doing and what I was interested in but I was never told what position or pay or anything. alskdfsajgksjhgjdshfg
jobs. -_- I hate this. Now it's a waiting game.
Janitor...that's the job.
Lol no. I think it's somewhere in customer service or some sort of processing with the computers and such. I just have to make it abundantly clear not to put me in a sales position. I'm the last person you want to sell something. I don't have that "talk it up" personality. Either you want it or you don't lol.
But it'll all work out for the better I'm sure. :)
c'mon..you smiled

Z28 car crash...too funny
12 hour day today and for the rest of the week at least I get sunday off.
My cousin works 60-80 hours a week in a coal mine, yet his fat, lazy, slob of a wife claims the truck is hers, the house is hers, etc.
It costs $36 a year to register a car in PA. 1/2 ton truck is around $72, 3/4 ton around $76 and 1 ton around $80.
