What are the other two out of curiosity? I studied Psychology for 2 years

And zomg your ears. Scary. I don't think I could ever do that. I was chicken just to get my two ears pierced and I don't wear anything in em lol

it's Bipolar, Aspergers Syndrome (a.k.a High Functioning Autism), and ADHD.

Lol well how bad is the bipolar? I take it you can feel the cycle and know pretty well when you're gonna peak one way or another?

it's bearable but it's still pretty substantial even with all my right medication.
yeah i usually know when it's going to switch, but then sometimes things just go awry and i have no idea what happened lol

sometimes I think I need to see a psychiatrist. I think it's just depression, but man it's like I'm having more bad days than good. And my moods; good god they swing so bad. One day I wake up I'm fine other days I wake up and I don't know how I feel and I'll just be down and be in a bad mood for no reason.

BUT.. I'm alright

If I can just get over this hump I think I'll make it

people will usually say bipolar are mood changes that last for weeks or months but thats not true. they can be daily.

i would definitely see a psychiatrist though. or you could try holistic methods, and take like fish oil, vitamin d and go tanning lol

Already taking vitamin D...doc said I was deficient.

And yeah I get the mood changes but I don't get manic really ever. I'm never that hyped up. So I tossed that idea out quite some time ago

True. Although hyped up can vary you would still get like lack of sleep lol

You mean Season Affective Disorder? If so, I'm not sure. I mean this past summer I was great for the most part. But this is more than just a seasonal change I mean I withdrew from school and have rethought every thing ya know?

Well seasonal affective depressive disorder is what my doc says lol but yah.

Cause that can onset things like depression, anxiety, etc.

My cousin had similar thing where he was having problems and dropped out of college and within 30 days he was at a hospital cause of a nervous breakdown, he is currently getting meds for anxiety and depression

Best thing about hospitals is the Jell-o and the pudding... their desserts are awesome. Bad parts about hospitals... everything else.

I mean I've still got it under control but some days lol I have my doubts. I don't think I'm to the point of hospitals or anything. Well I am for physical crap but that's another conversation lol.

Anything physical can set off mental health.

Seems like a lot of stress. But no way to avoid that either. I have the benefit of being in highschool still

Ah man you're so lucky. I miss high school, and not that I'd go back or anything, I just miss the extremely active social life and the feelings of security thinking you had it all figured out and constantly having something to do, something steady. Yep..enjoy it.

Eat well, lift heavy, sleep plenty, and get sunshine on skin daily for stability. Took me too many years to figure that out. Anymore, I'm happy as a pig in **** unless I'm lacking one of the aforementioned.
