    Nope.

Maybe just start eating at your desk from now on. You'll teach em!

Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.
Almost any oil filter, ever, is of higher quality than ACDelco. Spend $6+.

It feels like a setup, but that pig worked hard regardless.

Proof that lifting heavy **** and eating as much meat as you can ain't a bad gig:
    Tonight's workout:
    5x5 btn strict press (155)
5x5 hang snatch high pull (175)
5x10 box front squats (95 - sue me, I was already smoked from previous workouts)
    5x15 overhead squat (95)
    5x400m "sprint"

Decided to let the dog take me for a jog. He had such a good time that we jogged four miles (with frequent pee stops and occasional slowdown to punch spiderwebs off my face) and I wasn't even winded; astonishing, since that distance used to nearly hospitalize me a year ago.

As a reward for not dying, tonight's dinner is a fried onion, a delmonico steak, and three chicken thighs smothered in hot sauce. All cooked in butter.

10:30 and I'm in bed. Either I'm getting old or this cold is kicking my butt.
Here's to hoping I feel much better in the morning. If not, I have dayquil and alka seltzer to keep me drugged up.

Eat a steak and call... er. Just eat a steak. It can cure anything from depression to hunger.

Well tonight was yet another bad night at work. Manager apparently thought I smarted off to her. The real reason is 1. she was mad she had to come close when she was out bowling or whatever she does, and 2. she's from the north. So we have very different mannerisms and sayings. Soooo her and I don't jeehaw. But hopefully she doesn't fire me LOL. If so, I'm over it. I spoke with the girl who got me hired (family friend/neighbor) and she had nothing but good things to say and was saying just let it roll off and if it happens oh well you're just there to make some money who cares.

So yeah. To hell with all this work b.s. I'm not a kiss ass kinda person I ain't going for this.
Oh and I might mention, my health probs are no better, I gotta go back sooner than later.

At an abandoned farm on my fiancee's parent's property. Just gotta find out how i'm going to get a title for it considering if it did exist somewhere on the property then the weather has eaten it away. It hasn't moved for sure since 1989 when the farm was abandoned and who knows how long before that. Plus according to my fiancee there's bullet holes in the body... I don't recall any but if there is I might just leave them in there and throw some epoxy over them so that when I paint it they're part of the car. I think it'll make a unique characteristic and may look cool. If it doesn't then I'll just have to fabricate new parts or weld patches in place of the bullet holes in the panels. Don't matter to me either way lol next is to see if the original 2 cylinder motorcycle engine is salvageable/if it still miraculously runs... doubtful after sitting for 23+ years.... or if I should find an engine that'll allow me to keep up with interstate traffic.

I love birthday days at work. To bad my diet will hate it.
Why must my desk be the catch-all for all the food in the office?
