294, no nudes in a while maybe not since like 200 lol
the big thing with training, a poorly trained dog is more of a pain in the ass than a poorly trained cat
As a side note, I'm currently watching Mad Max II. Best. Trained. Dog. Ever.
The thing seriously held a gun on a guy while Max drove.
Dogs? Easy to train? The hell you say. For the past 1.5 week I have been going out 15 million times a day, I've been "NO!"ing I've placed her where she needs to be. We've utilized crates. I've remained consistent and the little b*tch still goes over on my shag rug and attempts to ruin it. It's like she knows it's my favorite rug so she wants to mess it up
lulz, shag
Hey, it's a huge 5x7 my uncle bought before he died. It was still brand new in the bag. So yeah I kept it it's a nice rug.
a untrained dog of any size is nothing but a law suit in the making.
dogs need to be trained. they NEED to at least come when called.
when they are pups is when all the rules need to be placed.
i was able to shut my dog off totally, from a full out of control, im playing get out of my way to off! in a snap of my fingers.
guests show up, he goes nuts, i would firmly holler enough, and hes off laying down some where. but i had to be there, if you used the wrong tone he would never listen to you, he walked over every one else but me. till a 6 year old girl came over, he walked into her face, she took a step back and yelled no, just right, he sat down, i was floored. turns out she has 3 dogs at home, and knows what shes doing lol
A week and a half is nothing. It takes much longer to train a dog.
In order of smartest/quickest learning:
Cat
Dog
Everything else
Humans
dog training never ends, ever! the first year is so important.
my dog was learning new tricks at 6 and 8 years old.
he knew sit, beg, for 100 lb dog this was funny to see. down, roll over, on your back, on your side, other side. walk on back legs only. cookie on the nose, till drool stated to leak out, and my all time fav, find "this" rock, ( HAD HIS NAME ON IT) in pitch dark throw it into the yard behind the pool into 8 yards of del river stone. he came back with it or nothing. had a 99% rating.
and at like 7 or 8, i taught him stop drop and roll, which was a full run and then drop and roll, looked like a death roll, up and running again lol
and i almost had him doing like a side/back flip, but it looked like his back was going to break doing it so i stopped that one. kinda like wish bone that little jack Russel.
I hang out with service dogs. Even their breeding dog gives you his leash when you drop it, picks dimes up from the ground, can turn off light switches, open/close doors and drawers, and has barked about five times his whole life. Amazing what you can do with a clicker and a bag of kibble.
On the other hand, I'm watching Mad Max II and the dog held a gun on a guy while Max drove.
Imagine how well we could train Brandon with some collard greens and fried chicken!
Dunno.. I've always trained an animal w/o needing the shocker thing. Although..maybe that would work on a cat to keep if from doing what you dislike. No and a zap might go a long way.
Casue..that water gun crap.. doesn't work.
has anybody been on the prescribed drug Lamictal and then stoped taking it?
I love this movie
