Meh. The tmj/migraines are an everyday thing. Some days are worse than others. Today happens to be one of them. I'm learning to deal with it slowly.

I know, I'm trying to save my vaca days for this fall when ill be gone more. I have my weekends off, so those are typically my me time days. I'm getting good at being lazy on weekends, lol.

Mine aren't that bad. Mostly sounds and direct light. I turned off the light above my desk and put headphones in, seems to calm it down a bit.
sound doesnt affect me its light that gets me. girlfriend doesnt understand why i wanna be in the car with all the bass, but tint makes it dark in there so i love it. little heated seat and some good music im good to go
