I took some old Orion 10's and made a box for them out of high density particle board. The inside was coated with epoxy resin. Drilled two 2 inch holes , one for each speaker. They were driven with and old 500W amp. Whole setup cost me about $45 and there was more than just a little "bump".
I installed this setup in my Jeep and 3 months later while at school someone broke in and stole everything...didn't care...it only cost me $45. LOL
Imagine if I had a $1000 worth of S**t in there.
Oh OK. I'd love to go after market but every after market stereo I've ever had got stolen. Its much simpler to just run stock. I switched from the treble/bass adjustable to the 7 band EQ (new head unit also has aux jack). The adjustable EQ has much better sound.....and more bass.

Just applied to two jobs that deal with testing stuff that goes into space with SpaceX. The only downside is I'm in Florida and the jobs are in TX or Cali. I do have a friend who got an internship in Cali with them though. I hope i could get either one, same thing I do now just on bridge parts.
Nice area. Really close to alot of areas.
