i see that other sliver one has a bumper pad thing on the front plate, ive never seen one until i came up here, the ones for the rear bumper look so stupid

well along time ago some dick said, we can build this road but it will cost this much to do it, so all of the county's agreed to put up toll plazas to collect tolls to pay for the road. the tolls were supposed to be gone 30 or 40 years ago, still here, and now the money is supposed to be used for up keep, but it keeps going up, never down.
same with the bridges, once its paid for the toll booths will come down, up to 8 bucks for the GWB now, and all other Hudson river crossings.

i have, and it really sucks when you are in a rental car, the rental cars plate is not on your account, so when it don't scan, it sends a violation to the reg owner. if your plate is on your account you will never know it didn't scan, they just charge you the toll.
