idk maybe someone will know on here. i live in this country town and there is a lot of pick-up trucks with the loudest damn exhaust i have ever heard. its like its open headers but its still comeing from the pipes. they have this loud poping sound to them. its like it runs threw big ass headers with no cat then straight pipes to like some glass packs or something. i was just wondering if anyone had these and what the hell they are. i think they sound pretty cool but damn are they loud.

Probably glasspacks with smaller exhaust pipes.

smaller pipes make exhaust sound poppy. My dad has 2 1/2" pipes on his 71 with glasspacks. Pops like nuts, sounds like **** in my opinion. Are they stock engine pickups?

i supose they are. they dont really take off that fast when there on it. its got like this BRRAAAAA sound instead of like flowmasters that grumble. its like the loudest exhaust tone i have ever heard and then when they let off it gets poppy. i think they sound pretty mean, i little obnoxious, sometimes you can hear them MILES down the road. but damn do they sound good when the crank up.
