    Blue/Red neons are ILLEGAL. Federal law, not state or local. if any cop says otherwise...get it in writing so it will hold up in court. ask him to prove it as well. just because a cop does not pull you over does not mean they are legal..you havent ventured to a town where an officer knows better.

    trust me.. they are legal. i go by cops all the time and they never pull me over. like i said earlier.. i asked the state highway cop if they were legal and he said yes. the area i live in is mostly state roues anyway

    Cool, since you have a 3800 motor already all you have to do is a top swap. Meaning, putting the top end of a L67 (GTP Motor) on your motor. You will have to run a larger pulley than a GTP though because your engine is higher compression, but it doesn't mean you won't be able to make just as much power.
