Well, I started out with the intentions of completeing a two year degree in "computer technology". The course had 65 credit hours to complete and I finished a total of 12. I was working full-time, fifty to fifty five hours a week, for a company called Flowserve in the shipping department. I was making sometimes around 900 to 1000 every two weeks because of the overtime I was putting in. I met a girl and we moved in together. I felt like I needed a break so I let her convince me to spend my tution on a trip. That was the end of college. I continued to work at Flowserve as we got married. We had a child in May of 2007 and we separated in May of 2008. I got laid off from Flowserve in April of 2009. The divorce for us was final in April of 2010. I have been giving child support since the day we went our own ways. I live check to check right now at a dead end job and I am miserably broke. I am going back because I want to make a better future for myself, my son, and girlfriend that I care very much for. I would be in a world of trouble if I did not have her. She is a R/N at the local hospital in the ER.
I love to build computers and work on them. I wish I had the ability to program, but not to the extent to sit around all the time and do it for a living. I love to drive and have even considered a job in truck-driving. I just want to go somewhere, but I have not narrowed it down yet.
I did complete my FASFA about 10 minutes ago though.![]()
