    as much as I love the 3800, and a turbo 3800 fbody would be tits, but the ls1 is a better obvious choice

    True that. Even FI if built right. The Guy that bought mine has another one thats supercharged.on the stock bottom end that put down 614rwhp on the dyno . He's busted low ten's on the stock rear which is almost unheard of as well.
    No More GTP for me.

    I didnt mean the volume of the exhaust, but the sound. 3800's sound like balls and v8's give me an ear orgasm.

    I wouldnt buy a v6 fbody if you plan to mod.....but if you do decide to get a v6 fbody...just know that a turbo 3800 will put down much better times/power than a supercharged 3800....if i was you i wouldnt screw around with the v6 fbody...just get an LS1...only reason I have my v6 Camaro is cuz it was 500 bucks.

    I'd go v8. Nothing comparable beats the sound of a cammed LS1.

    I agree. The drone of a 3800 sounds like that aweful noise from the Grudge movie. It does.
    OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.
