I replaced my blower motor once it got weak. Very easy job. Just remove the 4-5 plastic grommets that are under your glove box. From there you will see a silver or possibly black cylinder that is leading up towards the glove box. You need to remove all the screws from around it. There is one in the way back that is a real bear to get. Also make sure you have unplugged it before trying to rip it out..... It will be a little trickey trying to get it out (or atleast mine was). Once you have bought a new blower motor follow the accompanying directions and slide her home and screw her back in place. Hook up its electronics and test it before fully sliding it in place. If you need more detailed instructions I would be happy to help. But this is the real rough draft of it. Thats IF it is even the blower motor.
