I wanted to. Im not exactly what you would call a hypermiler, maybe a hybrid of some kind as some of their techniques kinda scare me really, but they are effective and there is no denying that.

Ive seen discussions about the Scangauge in the 3800 community and it seems most are not interested. Why, I dont know. There is NOTHING like instant feedback as to what your driving habits are doing to your fuel economy. It really works on you.

If I thought the ScanGauge would work on my '95 Isuzu Rodeo I think I would have to pick one up for it. I have managed to take it from barely 17mpg when I first got it to over 22, pushing 23mpg and I still have a few more things I can do yet. Im hoping to take it to at least 25 when its all said and done. When I get the Grand Prix back on the road again I'll sideline it and dig into it more and see if I can push 30.
