thats the biggest one right there. Witnesses = lawsuit. If he was on the clock sue the company as well. who knows you may be there next owner

wasnt me. Pretty sure all hes looking for is medical expenses to be covered where he has to have his teeth fixed and a broken hand. and work compensation since he cant work now with a broken hand.

that shouldnt be a problem but if he was on the clock though id go after the owner of the bar as well. He really needs to talk to a lawyer to see his options. and tell him if it ever happens again to call the police right away so they can come down and take a report
