I'm doing spinning on Tuesdays. It's tough, it's got nothing on that 100i though. Ryan.. I did the same thing as you did when I first got on that evil bish of a machine. Made it my goal to hit 1000 calories an hour plus 5 min cooldown and have reasonable resistance on it. At my best I was intervalling at 10-14 with about 104-110 strides per min.

This weekend I started the Insanity workout videos. Did the fitness test and first one. Wow. Added in their meal plan to get into it fully. So far it feels like it's working well for the food side. The exercise, I'll hit another video tonight. I still feel Saturday's vid in my lower legs. It really has you doing stuff that will work every part of your body.
