Losing weight is hard. If one stops eating it is so bad. I started the Kris Gethin 12 Week program, Im on week 5 and Im down 38 lbs. The diet is the hardest part, it gets expensive eating healthy foods for 6-7meals a day. But this program is fun and its working really well for me. Ill hopefully have a decent beach body by summer when this is over. Im sitting at 217.5 lbs right now, a year ago when i was still playing football I was 315 lbs. Yes, its hard work but it is so worth it, I have a goal in mind and Im not going to let up till I get there.
