Four beers before the gym today. I'm not sure if it's too many, or not enough, but I don't think it's the right number. Barked off the same weights and reps I did last time, albeit more deliberately and carefully. I found that my ability to fight puking is somewhat diminished (I always feel like puking when I work out), though I still won. Sweat was noticeably lacking, though, which concerns me. Will continue to note experiments.
Irridium spark plugs last 100k mi and work just as well as copper. Copper is a waste on N/A and only lasts 15k mi. Don't use Platinum.
Use 195* tstat unless you can thoroughly explain why not; 99.9% don't need a lower temp.

Holy heart disease, batman. Don't get me wrong, I love eating like that too, but not every day. If nothing else, from what I've read, bacon's healthy benefits cease and immediately become detrimental somewhere around 3-4 slices a day, depending on which bacon.

As for eggs, I tend to aim at 2 eggs for an omelet. One of the great things about eggs is how filling they are and how they keep you from being hungry better than most foods (and their clean protein). If feeling full is that big of a deal, fry some mushrooms in the pan in a drop of canola oil for about three minutes before you toss in the eggs. Aside from being totally delicious, mushrooms don't pack much in the way of... anything, but are extremely filling.

I forgot to go grocery shopping, so when meal time came I was like uuuuuhh **** have have I for food? Eggs ok x5 and then rolled with it. I was low on fat and protein so it worked out, not an everyday meal thou.

Yeah, I get it, gotta enjoy yourself too. My fatty meal: Got back from gym (first leg night in like two months), 2 cans tuna, two small onions diced, two stalks celery diced, a tomato diced, two spoons of relish, four spoons mayo (I know, I know), garlic powder, jalapeno powder, black pepper, garlic salt. Shouldn't have eaten the whole thing, but man was that tasty. (Not too terrible, since my only other food today was 2 eggs and two slices american cheese... in fact, gonna throw that into myfitnesspal and see what my intake for today looked like) EDIT: So.... okay, like 800 calories. Ouch. Came in at 1,300 calories for the day. Probably should have sprang for some beers to gym on.

I just recently started working out again. Down about 7lbs, but that also include building muscle.

Best friend and I are going to stop getting older and fatter and hitting the gym up during the week and work together to get back in the HS shape we use to be. the MFP site is amazing and I got the app and invited him to it.

Got to reading and Oh holy Sheet Storm... I know my daily consumption of soda has been half of my daily calorie intake but What Happens To Your Body Within An Hour Of Drinking A Coke | NutritionResearchCenter.org actually scares the crap out of me. Its gonna be hell for the GF but the soda has to stop. Hopefully this will be a good starting point.

Um ur balls aren't supposed to be sore. Might want to get them looked at lol

Anyway I've been staying around 220 to 227. Pretty much were I want to stay. Just been lifting heavy and exchanging fat for muscle. Made good gains in the last month or so. Have all three bench presses over 200 comfortably. 265 flat, 210 incline, and 280 decline bench. Seems like I'm setting new personal bests every week.

Also have to other guys I'm training now. The bigger guy has dropped about 8lbs in the last two weeks
    No More GTP for me.
