About to be warming up here again soon so me and one of my buddies are thinking about recreating this 8+ mile long walk that we did last year in the middle of the night out of sheer boredom. Hope to be getting into that and doing some squats. Buddy hates doing them but I have seen girls checkin out my behind so I better give them something to look at. lol

I only do the 100i anymore when I don't ride my bike down to the gym. I try to do the resistance on intervals 10-6. Do that for 30 mins! or 12 and 8.

I think I'm that body type that builds muscle easy.
I went skateboarding for a couple of hours. Did a bunch of tricks and now a few days later my calves have grown almost 3/4ths of an inch in diameter lol

I've noticed since i've been taking BCAA's before and after my workouts and going to the gym, my calves and arms have grown a lil bit. Also i've lost a notch out of my belt. Non Scale Victory. I know i'm building muscle.

Well over the past month I've been slacking extremely bad on what I eat. Still working out faithfully but no cardio and eating anything I want.
Ex: A whole tub of Ice Cream or a full pizza by myself or McDonalds 3 times a week. Etc.
So I finally decided to see how much I weigh. After looking at the scale multiple times, I weigh 188. I've gained 14 pounds in a month (And no not all of it is muscle).
After looking at myself in the mirror, I can definitely see a difference. Yes I have gained some muscle mass but if I had to guess, I've gained at least 10 pounds of fat.
Extremely upset with myself, I'm back on the diet. Using My Fitness Pal. So far, I've only eaten 935 calories, 78 carbs, 30g fat, 65g of protein, 1,275 Sodium, and 8g sugar and had strawberries for a snack. With eating healthy I'm also going to change my fitness routine a bit.
Every Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 30 minutes running on treadmill (6.0 Mph), 30 minutes fat loss program on bike, 15 minutes Cybex 750AT, 15 minutes fat loss program on Treadmill.
Every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: I'll continue lifting, with the same routine I've been on (Corey's Routine he gave me).
Today was the first day I started this, the total amount of calories burned with doing what I listed, was 1,000 calories. Not to bad.
Hopefully eating healthy and switching my fitness routine up, I'll be able to drop those fat pounds.

Now that it's getting warm, I'm considering shoveling the ego and hopping on the cardio wagon and cutting some chub. Been reading some cool stuff regarding diet, extra cardio sessions (namely, I intend to start getting up early for some short cardio sessions now that it's warm enough for my joints to function in the morning), and such. Just after I get a notion to start some biking/running/stairmilling/whatever, I get some weird tendonitis in my right knee that flared up while I was doing push presses the other night and makes driving suck. Picked up a knee strap on the way to the gym today and it helped a lot with the pain, though I didn't do any leg stuff and doubt I could with it on... giving it a few days before I go back down that road. Thinking the issue might be that my quads far overpower my hamstrings the same way I had elbow tendonitis when my triceps overpowered my biceps, so I'm going to see if working in romanian deadlifts and good mornings will help, along with a lot more stretching.

So after putting on this 20-25lbs... my clothes need an upsize lol. I mean some clothes do alright but jeans and my xs shirts are crazy tight. And I had to lay down on the bed and suck it in to get my slacks on. Crazy.. I tried on a 28x32 in store and i'm just not 100% happy with the way they look. Gotta find that just right pair

Sadly I haven't seen the gym in a few months. I need to find the time and get motivated again to get back in shape and get back to where I was.

i havent fallen off the bandwagon yet, but i havent really been to the gym in a week or so. i have been keeping my diet strict, but i've been busy working on my car everyday for almost a week. fun, right?
i've also been sick this week so we'll see if i can manage to lose a few pounds. this is my last week of the biggest loser competition i'm in (10 weeks).

Still been working out but I have not been able to get any running in due to this crazy weather (for instance it snowed today). Still taking pre and post workouts and I have noticed my arms, shoulders, and chest getting bigger and more toned as the days go by, and surprisingly my stomach still manages to get smaller as I keep doing ab workouts. Haven't lost any weight recently but I'm at the point now where the weight that needs to come off is fat on my stomach, legs, and some on my rear as well. Gotta keep going at it and get in shape for beach season!!!! Well we don't have beaches but being able to take my shirt off and drive around and whatnot comfortably would be fun.

10 weeks of that diet crap. total loss of 31.xx pounds, ~12.xx% of my total body weight. i weighed in yesterday for the last time at 225.6 lbs and then went out and food/drink raged all day.
now i gotta get back into the grind again. it's time to start lifting a little again.

Nice Job! I think i'm going to try a personal training class Fri from 830-1030 guy works on weights and cardio.

i need to keep up the cardio, run a couple times a week. but then i need to make sure i start lifting again. all of that weight loss with just cardio had me losing a lot of muscle and strength, too.
