I'm back on my ****. I fell off during the holidays. Gained 5 pounds. Been working that off for two weeks. Back to making progress.

On a good note I'm working on putting stickers on my new Rollerblading helmet. I did 5 miles Friday, 4 Sunday and around 3 miles today due to the freaking bugs eating me up and it was getting dark.

this week is busy, so im most likely not going to make it to the gym very many times. hopefully ill make it out for a run or two, but ive booked my week straight up to the brim.
Decided to stop losing at 212. Now I'm focusing on gaining a little more muscle. Sitting at 215 to 220 and feeling good. Strength is gaining as well
Haven't really been keeping up since I've been so busy this week. Ran just under 3 miles today and weighed in 4 pounds down since my last weigh in. Score!
Now to keep this going so I can win this week in our biggest loser contest...
The way my lungs and heart are way behind the rest of my body on these high-intensity workouts makes me think I was headed for a heart attack at 35. Glad I stopped just wandering around the gym doing 3 sets at a time. I haven't weighed in in a bit, but I doubt I'm losing weight or gaining... I'm clearly getting bigger, though my waist got smaller. And I'm eating more, though not a whole lot more. More salads, more nuts, more meat.
You'll be surprised once everything catches up how much harder you can go and how low your hear rate can drop. At complete rest mine sits around 57bpm now. I've seen it as low as 49bpm right after I woke up. My BP is also really good now. I can be walking around and semi active and it's usually around 116/68
Just ran a mile straight up in 8:06. Haven't done that since at least high school. What's up, suckas?
Ran a little after that at the same-ish pace. 1.29 miles in 10:3x. Not too shabby.
Edit: also has three drinks before I came home at the bar. Beat that! (Not girl drinks, man liquor drinks)
I have been gaining weight since 2005 I should prob start trying to lose some of that...U guys are giving me motivation
I got down to 227 on Thurs or Friday. Then I drank a truck load of beer this weekend and ate like pigBut after i've "Cleaned Out"
i've only gained 2lbs.
Anyone else have issues with after you eat things you haven't had in a long time or eat too much over a weekend you get the massive Sh1t's?

I don't seem to be losing any weight now. But. My pants are starting to fall off.
I've almost outgrown 2 belts now. I've outgrown my old faithful then i bought another leather belt at Gap for 7 bux. I'm on the second to last hole on it. Started at size 42 dress pants. I'm now in 38's. I wore 40's for everything else but I wear 38's pretty consistently now. I went to AE the other day and squeezed my ass into some 36's but they were just to tight for my liking.
