No, it's SOHC.

Valves count doesn't mean anything to the amount of cam (s) in a motor...

Like I said my friend I bought the car from owns a tow service. He has found all kinds of drugs and a few pistols in cars he has towed for the police. He keeps the majority and turns a lil bit in to the police to " make his self look good ". Kinda smart I guess.
