Probably equipped from the dealer before bought. Frankly I wouldn't have bought it without that being removed and the holes filled. If the state required front plates and I can shell out the $$$ I would get one of those hide-away plate brackets and have it installed.

Dude these Cadillac are awesome, the CTS V sedan is like the only 4 door car i can think of where i can pack the car with family and take it to the race track that really hauls ass. Fun to have and drive.

Most of the ones I've met... They'd rather spend $400 on Corvette-related clothing than put on fresh tires because even though they only drove it 20 miles a year, they dryrotted sitting in the garage for a decade and won't pass inspection anymore.

I have a c4 and I don't play with people on the highway because: A) It's slow and B) I don't trust it too much lol
