Get grow cams 110# springs. I had comp 105# springs in my old GTP, a lot of people had them break.
nice time, I would have expected a higher trap speed running mid 13's though?

If your going rockers...IMO, get the 1.95 Rollers...you will get the best gains from those...just figure if your going that route, might as well go all out. Springs; get Crow Cam 105's...no failure rate that I've seen. I'd still like to see how far you can go on the stock pulley...I bet a set of those rockers and a full custom tune might get you really close to 12's.
SLINKY!
He is on a stock pulley...its all in the first 1/2 of the quarter...these cars die in top end. Trapping basically 100 mph is something else on a stock pulley. I trapped 104 and ran 2 tenths faster than him with a 2.2 60 foot...see how that works? As for the Comp springs...that was a Mexico related issue...last I heard...the ones made in Mexico were the ones that failed. They changed companies again and haven't had any issues since. Hence why we recommened the Crow 105's vs. the Comp 105's.
Thanks for the help. I have been shopping around looking for the 1.95 rollers as I really would like to go that route. I heard alot about those mexican built springs and you are right that was the issue but has now been solved. I will run the 105# springs. In my post I was just rounding the psi of the springs, I didnt exactly mean 100#. I think with the full cuastom tune and the rockers it should get me close as long as I can 60ft the car. I am also going to go with 24 inch M&H slicks to give me a final drive ratio of 3.20 this should help out too. Thanks for all the feedback though.
Also in regards to the Slowbalt, I think it ran 14.9 and was fairly stock, cat back, cai, I know for sure.
