Honestly...if it were me...and this is coming from a guy that can't keep a motor in the car for beans.
SIT ON IT. Something will come along for the right price when you have the funds and you least expect it. I know for a fact that after seeing pictures of it and how clean it looks from the few I saw...that investing $300 in a motor...or less...can nab you twice the asking price. I don't mean to be the hard-headed opposite one...but that's what I would do...and to hell with parting ANYTHING out...that pisses me off... especially seeing all your own hard work go down the drain at a lower price.
