Its also mainly to do with the smog,carb,bar regulations Its insane if they spent as much on cathing killers and drug dealers stockton wouldnt be that bad

yea safe in the gtp safe in the vic safe in my truck was even safe in my trans am as long as the cars look stockish clean and tagged i dont get messed with

pretty much be smart about what you do open exhaust straight pipes stuff like that will get you popped fast
And its not that you cant mod Its just thta if you do it has to be C.a.r.b approved so you can cam and turbo and all that just must have carb stickers or ref numbers
