Thanks for the suggestions. I did find another post for the head rest seatbelt loops but I think they are for 2000 and newer. I've off to hit the yards and see what I can come up with. Thanks for the responses!

wheres that post at cuz i hate that feeling of the belt sawing across my neck.i tuck it under my arm,it kind of defeats the purpose but its comfortable.
