    they'll keep em hydrated probably gonna have to chug a few canteens after a serious workout..... They take heat injuries very seriously in the Army. They really don't want anyone to pass out. They'll work there muscles to failure, but will make sure they stay hydrated (or warm if it's cold outside).

    Very true we had to kill a full canteen before work outs and after
    didnt matter what the temp was or what the work out was
    And getting worked till muscle failure SUCKS you havent felt muscle failure Until your face has hit the floor from being in the front leaning rest position for 4 hours LMAO
