guys in shipping do their best to 'decide for the customer' what they need rather than what they ordered and this has been an effective strategy saving some tech support and headache.

Yeah, I ordered an 8-rib crank pulley to replace my busted stock crank pulley...

I get a 6-rib, factory pulley that had cracked ribs, and it took over 3 months to get the correct pulley I ordered.

i would send them a nasty email back and let them know due that "strategy" i will no longer do business with them. i gave up on them on my one and only order i "attempted" to place.... site gave me **** one night and wouldnt accecpt my CC# so i called and left a message with sales dept and didnt get a call back within 2 days. so i called and left another message and still no return call. i finally said ****em and got my **** somewhere else... to this day nobody has ever called me back. tell them i said they suck balls if u email them.. lol.

i called to order some ssc springs. i got and answering machine left a message no return call. i ended up ordering it directly from ssc. zzp customer service SUCkS!

Only part of my last order that kinda pissed me off was that the "GM" LIM gaskets didn't come in a GM bag, and the valve cover gaskets look cheaper than the factory ones...

I get everything on time and correct. I spend a lot of my hard earned money there, never had an issue. Customer service does blow, they always have the same lady to answer the phone and god forbid you need to ask a technical question, she doesn't know a ****ing thing and has to put you on hold and get someone else.

Hmmm...lets see.

5 PCM's...all wrong. Got the MO. Attorney General's Office involved to get my money back there.

1 Shift Kit tossed in my cam install box...literally had shims all over the place.

2 MPS Pulley Orders...shipped me a 3.4" instead of a 3.25" like I wanted and sent me a 2.8" instead of the 2.55".

gotten good parts (cept wheel hubs) but the customer service is a joke. I don't feel like typing any stories out today
