Look at it this way, the reason he is being charged is because he will not rat on his supplier, and/or his personal saftey, and the saftey of his family is at risk if he squells, and could likely be a victim of drug thugs, and/or bullied bythe drug thugs to distribute, traffic product.

doubtful.. this isnt the first time something like this has happened... a few years ago, the feds got video of a deputy selling a kilo of powder while on duty... nonchalantly tossed a kilo on hood of cruiser, took money and drove off like nothing happened. he got something like 45 years in prison IIRC... another deputy from my county is serving 35 years for taking drugs from suspects for his own use/sale. raided his house and found a deep freezer full of cash and assorted drugs. what it boils down to is the cops thinking they are untouchable. i hope this guy gets his sh1t packed everyday he spends in prison.

my school resource officer/baseball coach in high school got arrested for having sex with a student. he got acquitted, but everybody knows he did it. my band teacher went to a different school and got arrested for it too. and this is a school of like 200 kids

haha only in SC. Theres been quite a few cops fired from drug use/distrbution AND drinking on the job, as in while their driving around. haha

Kewl. I got assaulted by a cop who felt he needs to let his steam off. I was young and decided to bail on his ass - he didnt need to push me, start kicking me, hitting me with the bat. If more cops didnt show up he wouldhave beaten me to a pulp.
