sweet. no special tools or nothing if i remember. my trans has the p1811 code. max adapt long shift. full line pressure slamming the clutches together. shifting hard as s!!t. the car still drives just fine just shifts really. i found a used trans for 250 about 30 miles from me.

you need to drop the cradle , pull the cv joints support the engine from the top harbor frieght has a engine suport for liike 50 bucks
unbolt the bellhousing bolts dont forget the bolt on the back side that faces the passenger side
and ofcourse all electrical and mechanical connections

With out a lift its rough but can be done

you talking about the bolt that you need a LONG extension to get to. the one on the 99 GTP i did that was the last bolt left and i couldnt figure out for the life of me wat was holding it on

Done it before with a lift. I'd almost personally rather just pull the engine to get to the trans if I didn't have a lift. engine can be pulled in 2 hours and then you have a direct shot at the trans.

But I'm sure most people will say it's unnecessary but that's just me.
